About Rob

I like to think that I’m a regular guy, someone who takes pride in his family and his community. I love Cicero and want to do everything I can to see it grow and develop as a community should.

I moved to Cicero directly after college, nearly 45 years ago. I got married, bought a home, and raised a family here. My son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter (all products of the North Syracuse Central School District) reside in Cicero as well. We’re one-big happy Cicero family.

In my early 40’s I went back to school and changed my career from broadcasting to education, landing my dream job at Gillette Rd. Middle School, teaching ELA (English language arts) and Social Studies. I worked with a dedicated staff, supportive parents, and great administration while teaching students for 15 years. I enjoyed it so much; I am still working as a substitute teacher in the NSCSD in retirement!

I have been active in Cicero youth sports over the years, including leadership positions with the Cicero Falcons. I also started Cicero’s first youth lacrosse program and was a member of the Can-Teen’s Advisory Board. In my spare time I acted as a youth sports official in football, basketball, and softball.

I truly owe everything I have to Cicero, and I want to give back to the community by being your Town Supervisor. I will do the best possible job for the place I have called home most of my life.
